As my first post, here’s what I made for breakfast this morning:
English muffin toasted with butter, a thin layer of Nutella, and a spoonful of cottage cheese, with a dollop of pomegranate and raspberry Greek yogurt on top. Sliced bananas on top of that make this delicious aaaand nutritious! (Using 1% cottage cheese makes this totally healthy!) The rest of the Greek yogurt (the little blue packaged ones are the BEST) fills you up on the side.
Toast on the side has butter, cinnamon, and honey on it. I swear, putting those three magical toppings on ANYTHING makes it a hundred times more delicious. No lie.
